Women’s Health Innovation

Federated Research Exchange for

Women’s Health

Privacy-preserving data infrastructure that enables multi-institutional women’s health research at scale

without moving sensitive patient data.

Women Have Waited Long Enough for Research Infrastructure That Reflects Their Lives

Women’s health data is fragmented across institutions and constrained by privacy barriers. Pink Clover enables secure, quick, and federated analysis across datasets – all without centralizing sensitive patient records.

Data Remains Local

EHRs, wearables, and military systems retain full custody. No raw records exported, ever.

Federated AI Models

AI algorithms compute cohort-level statistics within each source environment.

Insights Shared

Only de-identified aggregates published for analysis, collaboration, and discovery.

Research Constellations

The Constellation Framework

The Federated Research Exchange is organized around Research Constellations, which are focused domains of women’s health inquiry, each led by a world-class expert and designed to work in concert, not in isolation.

Sports Performance Constellation

Led by Dawn Scott, exploring female athletic health, biomechanics, injury prevention, menstrual cycle insights, and performance optimization across elite and everyday athletes.

Clinical Constellation

Led by Dr. Betsy Greenleaf, addresses women’s health across the full lifecycle: reproductive care, chronic disease, cancer, mental health, menopause, and more.

Military and Servicewoman Constellation

Led by Colonel Rachael Chancey, examines the occupational health realities of women in uniform: training injuries, toxic exposure, musculoskeletal health, behavioral health, equipment fit, and deployment experiences.

Together, these Constellations form a cross-sector intelligence network where shared data illuminates what siloed research never could. Future Constellations, including Adolescent Health and Aging & Longevity, will expand the ecosystem as the platform grows.
